By creating an account or using F5signage, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, tell us before you rely on the product — we'd rather sort it out than have it be a surprise later.
F5signage lets you upload content, build playlists, and display them on screens you pair to your account. It's an actively developed product from a small team, not a mature enterprise platform — expect it to keep changing, and expect us to tell you when a change affects how you use it.
You own whatever you upload. We don't claim any rights to it beyond what's needed to store it and display it back to you on your screens. You're responsible for having the right to use and display whatever you upload — we don't review content before it plays.
Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by someone you've shared access with. Tell us if you think your account's been compromised.
We aim to keep screens playing reliably, and the player caches content locally so a brief network outage doesn't blank a screen. That said, this is a small, self-hosted operation, not a service with a formal uptime guarantee — we don't promise a specific percentage of availability, and we're not liable for losses from downtime.
Reasonable use for actual signage is fine. Don't use the platform to distribute illegal content, attempt to access other accounts or screens that aren't yours, or try to overload the service. We can suspend an account that does any of this.
Current pricing is handled directly between you and us, outside this system — there's no in-app billing yet. Whatever's agreed at signup is what applies until we tell you otherwise, in writing, before any change takes effect.
You can stop using F5signage at any time — contact us and we'll deactivate your account and remove your data per the privacy policy. We can also suspend or terminate an account for a clear violation of these terms, and we'll tell you why if we do.
If we change something material here, we'll let you know before it takes effect. Continuing to use F5signage after that means you accept the update.
